super convenient family boutique hotel
really good assistance delicious food
I found the staff helpful. Sanjana provided really good assistance when i needed to extend my stay. the restaurant offers excellent food and drinks. I will definitely stay here again when i'm back. traveling solo, i felt very comfortable and safe during my entire stay. The proximity to the botanical gardens was perfect for me.
the function party had loud music until 1 am, the thin walls made all sounds very audible. i also experienced a heat pump running all night, which seems to be a regular occurrence.

the guesthouse sits in a quieter section, several sights are walkable from the hotel. its location is near many stops for going to the city center or anywhere else. drumcondra bus stations are only a 10-minute walk away.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful and also allowed us to check in early. the manager was most professional. She checked the date and confirmed they had a room available. the team that was working were lovely to deal with. They were attentive without being overbearing.

The location is very convenient. It is a short walk to bus and train stops. These connect to the airport coach and numerous city buses. The hotel sits in a quiet residential area away from the busy city center.
The carpets had a few old stains.

The location was excellent with a nearby bus stop for accessing the city. the triple room provided great value for our group. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful .
The door to the room barely opens because the bed obstructs it. This is a serious fire hazard

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered my questions kindly. My room and bathroom were clean. The hotel was charming and clean.
The music from the wedding celebration on the first level was loud. It was active until midnight. I could hear and feel the vibrations of the party. Guests arrived at their rooms and threw up after the wedding.

The location was great because it was in a quiet residential area. Transport links to the airport and city centre were close. I found more than I expected from a hotel of this level.
The room was a bit humid and not very ventilated. When we finished washing, the room had an unpleasant odor.
